The Texas Blonde Society Associate program is a competitive 1,000 hour training program designed to help new hairdressers step into their career with confidence. You will learn new techniques, how to market yourself, build clientele, and complete certifications to help build your confidence before you head out to the floor as an official blondie girl. Associate programs such as this one are vital to our industry, and can help you enter the workforce ahead of the standard and with the tools to help you become successful.

front desk coordinator
Front Desk Coordinators are responsible for maintaining the salon. This includes having an upbeat personality while handling booking, phone calls, & check-in/out . You will be trained to offer guests take-home recommendations, promotions, and help scheduling out future appointments. Offering competitive wages, opportunities for bonuses, and a beauty budget.
